Small (up to ¼ acre)
$40 – $50 | $50 – $60 | $60 – $75
Medium (¼ – ½ acre)
$50 – $65 | $60 – $80 | $75 – $95
Large (½ – 1 acre)
$65 – $90 | $80 – $110 | $95 – $130

When grass is maintained regularly, we can finish faster and pass the savings along to you.
One-Time Lawn Mowing (Overgrown Lawns)
If your lawn has gotten a little out of control, we can take care of that too.
• Light overgrowth: $80 – $150 depending on height
• Heavy overgrowth: $150 – $300+ (quoted on site)
Note: first visits for new customers may include a one-time cleanup fee if the lawn is heavily overgrown. After that, you’ll be on a regular maintenance schedule.
